Return policy:

14 natural days after delivery is the time frame to return an order/product. Once this time frame is over we will not be able to accept a return. Customers will need to communicate a return on time and obtain a previous approval and return instructions (orders@hobbygallery.gr). Customers returning goods will need to assume the return cost.
All returned items must be in perfect condition, within its original packaging, without alterations and unused/unopened.
All the taxes/duties of returned products will be charged to the customer.
All the shipments must contain a contact phone (required field data during checkout).
In case your order has any issue and it needs to be updated during its processing, HOBBY GALLERY will contact with you through your registered customer email, so please, check your email at least within 24/48 hours after placing your order just in case.
HOBBY GALLERY does not responsible for any damage during the shipping process. All products leaves from us in excellent condition.
You have the whright to NOT accept the package if it's damaged, or opened.
Also HOBBY GALLERY is NOT responsible for any missing parts, incide the model kits and modeling stuff in general, malfuction in electric devises, or even in subject of product modification!
Liable in such cases are the production companies and their support teams.
